Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Purpose of the role: To monitor and support Spare parts sales for dealer channel and OEM business
To ensure ontime availability of sparess, thus increasing sales volumes and customer satisfaction
Capability buinding of dealer's Parts Manager

Accountability:

• To achieve the Sales plan of spares through continuously monitoring the progress vis-à-vis set targets by close coordination with the AO Service team and the Supply chain team.
• To review continuously with the enablers (AO Service team) and the dealers on the Spares business parameters like Sales Target Outstanding, Channel etc., thus ensuring achievement of set targets and greater volume share.
• To lay down the controlling guidelines in Spares Policy by comparisons with set policies, analysis of future targets, and review of market requirements, business terms and conditions. These guidelines are referred to while making important decisions.
• To support the M&M AO Service team ad dealers for urgent supplies and concern resolution by following up the warehouse and plants, thus ensuring the availability of spare parts.
• To ensure capability building through training Parts managers through an established training model based on the training needs identification.

5 years in Auto/Service industry.
