In this role, you will:
Driving manufacturing excellence LEAN, Reliability, LSS & Zero loss with 4 plants across ISEA and coaching them on the POWERUP journey. Deliverable- OEE-85%+, Waste-<1%, myVoice -80%+
Proactively explore strategic and tactical opportunities for the sites and across supply chain.
Initiate and participate in strategic discussions. Represents Operations in strategic initiatives, providing the necessary input and analytics around business intelligence.
Create a Continuous Improvement Culture within the Pune, SriCity, Binh Doung & Tuas Plant teams.
Formulate, develop and drive strategic opportunities supported by digital analysis and dashboards to deliver improved costs and efficiencies
Develop and implement best practice management, encompassing LEAN methodology in the areas of Capital and Expensed Projects.
Capital plans forecasting and consolidation for the cluster, including staged development.
Lead the “Gross Productivity” Pillar within cost transformation at the Mills. Consult with local and regional LCM teams to pull through cost saving at the earliest opportunity.
Drive lean practices in project management across the entire facilities, by driving behavioral change that embraces Lean principles.
Develop a sense of belonging by creating a workplace that encourages high engagement ownership, accountability and maximizes the capabilities of team and individuals."
