Marketing Assistant

1.      Role requires the employee to create the marketing strategy for the brand

2.      Role requires employee to finalize the media platforms to use for the brand

3.      Role requires the employee to speak to different media platforms or agencies to get the pricing for each platform

4.      Role requires the employee to identify , appoint & work with different agencies for different activities (digital marketing, video making, content etc.)

5.      Role requires the employee to conceptualize & execute a calendar of events in store & outside to attract new customers as well as engage existing customers

6.      Role requires the employee to analyze existing customer behaviour in terms of buying patterns, product offtake, time of sale etc. & create data points & insights

7.      Role requires employee to be take ownership of the exisiting customers & design an entire plan to engage them in a meaningful manner

8.      Role requires the employee to be have a clear plan to acquire new customers through various promotions & campaigns

9.      Role requires the employee to prepare a budget & deliver a reasonable ROI on the same
