Marketing & Business Development Intern - Black Swan Financial Consultancy

What You Will Do (We Will Train You):

• Digital Brand Voice: Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn and other social media platforms, ensuring our brand message is consistent and professional.
• Thought Leadership: Research and craft insightful articles for the company blog to position Black Swan as an industry expert.
• Client Outreach: Proactively identify potential business leads and initiate contact through personalized email campaigns.
• Consultative Communication: Handle inbound client calls, explain our service suite with clarity, and manage initial inquiries.
• Market Presence: Conduct on-site visits to client locations to assist in project coordination and build professional rapport.
• Strategic Growth: Support the founders in executing marketing and operational strategies that align with Black Swan’s long-term roadmap.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Educational Background: A degree or ongoing studies in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field.
• The Essentials: Exceptional written and verbal English communication. You should be comfortable writing for a professional audience and speaking with business owners.
• The "Black Swan" Trait: A proactive mindset. You are someone who doesn't wait for instructions but looks for new ways to promote the firm and find leads.
• Commitment: Ability to stay with the team for 6 to 12 months to see marketing campaigns from conception to results.
• Location: Based in Pune and ready to balance digital work with on-site client visits.
