Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

The Marketing Executive will support and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility, generate admission leads, and promote the school’s programs in alignment with Mount Litera Zee School’s vision and values.

Key Responsibilities

·      Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities

·      Support admission campaigns and lead generation initiatives

·      Visit preschools, societies, and residential complexes for tie-ups and lead generation

·      Coordinate school events, open houses, and outreach programs

·      Manage tie-ups with societies, preschools, corporates, and local vendors

·      Assist in digital marketing activities including social media promotions

·      Distribute marketing collaterals and branding materials

·      Conduct regular field visits, market mapping, and competitor analysis

·      Maintain marketing MIS and lead tracking reports

·      Coordinate closely with the admission and academic teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

·      1–3 years of experience in marketing (education industry preferred)

·      Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

·      Willingness to work in the field and attend events

·      Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms

·      Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

·      Energetic, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
