Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting homecare services such as patient care, nursing staff, caretakers, baby care services, and elderly care in hospitals, clinics, and medical stores. The role focuses on building strong relationships and generating patient leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit hospitals, clinics, and medical stores daily for service promotion

Explain services like:

• Home nursing care
• Patient caretaker services
• Baby caretaker (Japa maid)
• Elderly care services
• Generate patient inquiries and leads
• Build and maintain relationships with:

1. Doctors
2. Hospital staff
3. Medical store owners

• Distribute brochures, visiting cards, and company information
• Follow up with clients and convert leads into bookings
• Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM / app (like FieldSense)
• Coordinate with operations team for service fulfillment
• Achieve monthly lead and revenue targets
