Marketing Executive

Job Description:

As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical and medical products to healthcare professionals including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful marketing and distribution of our products within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promotion and Sales: Promote pharmaceutical and medical products to healthcare professionals by presenting product information, conducting product demonstrations, and highlighting key features and benefits.
2. Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff, to increase product awareness and generate sales leads.
3. Territory Management: Effectively manage your assigned territory to achieve sales targets and objectives. This includes planning and prioritizing sales activities, scheduling appointments, and conducting regular visits to healthcare facilities.
4. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Provide feedback to the marketing team to help shape future product strategies.
5. Product Training: Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals on product usage, safety, and efficacy. Ensure that healthcare professionals have a thorough understanding of our products and their benefits.
6. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales calls, and product inventory. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other administrative documents as required.
7. Compliance: Adhere to all relevant regulations, industry codes of conduct, and company policies and procedures. Ensure that all promotional activities are conducted ethically and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representative role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry practices.
• Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
