  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow Instagram, WhatsApp & other social media platforms
  • Create engaging content (reels, stories, posts, offers, captions)
  • Plan and execute salon promotions, festive offers & campaigns
  • Handle WhatsApp marketing & client follow-ups
  • Coordinate with salon staff for photos, videos & before–after content
