Requirements:

• Two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory – candidate must be willing to travel locally

Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and personable Marketing Executive to grow our brand visibility, build strong referral networks, and attract new clients across both digital platforms and field outreach. The role involves strategic marketing as well as hands-on field visits to doctors, wellness partners, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Branding & Communication

• Develop marketing materials: brochures, digital creatives, flyers, standees
• Ensure consistent brand voice across online and offline platforms
• Coordinate with creative vendors for content, design, and clinic branding

2. Digital Marketing

• Handle social media pages and paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads)
• Create and monitor lead generation ads, story posts, and promotions
• Analyze performance metrics to improve visibility and ROI

3. Referral Networking & Field Marketing

• Regularly meet with doctors, physiotherapists, spas, sports clinics, gyms, wellness coaches, and other professionals for patient referrals and collaboration
• Educate them about INFINEA’s therapies and offerings
• Track referrals and maintain healthy professional relationships
• Represent the brand at events, health talks, and wellness fairs

4. CRM & Patient Engagement

• Work with the reception/admin team to follow up on leads
• Use WhatsApp, SMS, and email marketing to engage clients
• Keep databases updated and segmented for communication

5. Strategy & Reporting

• Stay informed about wellness trends and competitor activity
• Provide regular reports on outreach, referrals, and campaign effectiveness
• Suggest and execute local marketing campaigns

Good to Have:

• Prior experience with clinic/hospital marketing
• Network with local doctors, gyms, sports clubs, or wellness brands
• Knowledge of therapies like HBOT, IV Drips, or regenerative wellness
