🚀 Role Overview

We are looking for a highly proactive Marketing Executive to focus on identifying and onboarding suitable content creators, building strategic collaborations, and supporting growth through social media and lead generation.

This role is execution-driven and ideal for someone who understands influencer marketing, outreach psychology, and content-driven growth.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Creator Research & Profiling 

Identify and research suitable content creators aligned with our brand

Evaluate creators based on audience quality, engagement, niche relevance, and growth potential

Maintain structured creator databases with profiling notes

Track potential collaboration opportunities

2️⃣ Outreach, Pitching & Onboarding

Pitch collaboration opportunities and present our services to creators

Initiate and manage outreach via Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, or other platforms

Handle follow-ups and nurture conversations

Assist in onboarding creators into collaboration workflows

3️⃣ Lead Generation Support

Support organic lead generation through social platforms

Identify opportunities to convert influencer audiences into inbound leads

Assist in managing warm inbound inquiries and marketing funnels

4️⃣ Data Tracking & Reporting

Maintain creator databases and collaboration trackers

Track campaign outcomes, leads generated, and performance metrics

Organize outreach pipelines and follow-up systems

🧠 Required Skills

Strong communication and pitching ability

Understanding of social media platforms (especially Instagram & YouTube)

Organized and detail-oriented with data tracking

Comfortable with outreach and relationship-building

Interest in fitness, health, or creator economy
