Location: Pune, Mumbai Experience: 1-2 years Employment Type: Full-time 

Key Responsibilities: 

 Identify and engage potential clients for financial products and services through various marketing channels.

 Support the achievement of monthly and quarterly marketing and lead-generation targets.

 Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns in collaboration with the sales team.

 Maintain and update CRM data, campaign performance reports, and lead pipelines.

 Conduct market research to understand financial market trends, customer behavior, and competitor offerings.

 Create and manage marketing content for digital platforms, events, and promotional materials in compliance with industry guidelines.

 Provide actionable insights to management based on campaign outcomes and market feedback. 

Required Skills & Competencies: 

 Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

 Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work towards defined targets.

 Basic technical skills, including MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.

 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

 Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and marketing activities when required. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

 Prior experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or investment-related marketing will be an added advantage.

 Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services is preferred.
