Job Title: Marketing Executive

Experience: 1–5 Years (Hardcore Sales Experience Preferred)

Educational Qualification: Graduate

Age Criteria: 20–35 Years

Languages Required: English, Hindi, Local Language (Preferred)

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Petrol Allowance

Job Role & Responsibilities:-

Achieve sales targets using various customer acquisition and sales methods

Increase LPG cylinder installations with a focus on commercial sales (hotels, restaurants, mess, catering services, etc.)

Meet individual and team sales targets consistently

Maintain and expand the client database within the assigned territory

Conduct regular field visits and develop strong customer relationships

Report daily sales activities and performance to Area Territory Manager (ATM) / Territory Manager (TM)Conceive, plan, and implement effective marketing strategies

Organize and oversee advertising and communication campaigns

Conduct market research and analysis to assess trends, brand awareness, and competition

Initiate and manage customer surveys to understand requirements and improve customer loyalty

Ensure proper documentation and reporting of sales activities

Use MS Office and CRM/marketing software efficiently for reporting and customer management
