Marketing Manager

Looking for an energetic on-ground Marketing Manager to drive venue onboarding, increase sports venue footfall, and build city teams. This is a field-heavy role based in Pune. Key Responsibilities: • Visit and onboard sports venues onto Sportstik • Build strong relationships with venue owners • Drive footfall and bookings at partner venues • Work closely with the digital marketing team to increase brand awareness • Plan local sports events, activations, and sponsorships • Lead and grow the Pune on-ground team; support expansion to new cities • Submit daily/weekly reports and track key metrics Must-Have: • Strong field sales/marketing experience • Willing to travel across Pune regularly • Good communication and execution skills • Team handling experience preferred • Passion for sports is a big plus
