Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation
- Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Social Media)
- Lead the marketing team (graphic designers, content writers, telecallers, sales coordination)
- Oversee content creation for social media, website, and offline branding
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
- Manage the company’s branding, events, promotions, and campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion
- Identify new marketing opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective outcomes
- Build strategies for franchise marketing, offline events, seminars, webinars, and workshops (if applicable)
- 🎯 Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field
- 3–7 years of proven experience in marketing management
- Strong expertise in digital marketing platforms
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Creative mindset with strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in marketing tools: CRM, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, Excel, etc.
