Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
• Lead the marketing team, mentor managers, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
• Oversee digital marketing, branding, PR, content, social media, and performance marketing efforts.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI on campaigns.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams for aligned marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain brand positioning and visibility in the market.
• Measure and report on marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and branding.
• Experience with performance marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to create strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing metrics and data.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation is a plus.
