PRÊT PITAARA is a contemporary women’s fashion brand offering size-inclusive western wear (XS–9XL) with customization. We are expanding our presence across our website and leading fashion marketplaces.

We are looking for an E-commerce & Marketplace Executive to manage our online store operations, product listings, and order flow across platforms.

Role Overview

This is an operations-focused role responsible for website management, product uploads, and marketplace management. The candidate will ensure that all online channels are updated, accurate, and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management

• Upload and manage product listings on the website

• Ensure accurate product information (sizes, pricing, descriptions)

• Update website with new collections and stock availability

• Mange technical updates or fixes

• Monitor website performance and user experience and devise ad campaigns and run them.

Marketplace Management (Myntra, Nykaa, others)

• Manage product listings and catalogue updates across marketplaces.

• Mange enrollment on new marketplaces

• Ensure correct pricing, inventory sync, and product visibility

• Coordinate with marketplace teams for approvals, updates, events and ad campaigns

• Track order flow, returns, and dispatch coordination

• Monitor platform performance and sales reports

Inventory Coordination

• Ensure real-time stock updates between studio and online platforms

• Coordinate with the production and store team for stock availability

• Avoid stock mismatches and overselling

Order & Operations Management

• Track and manage incoming online orders

• Coordinate dispatch, packaging, and logistics

• Handle basic customer queries related to online orders

• Ensure smooth end-to-end order fulfillment

Reporting & Optimization

• Track sales performance across website and marketplaces

• Identify best-selling products and low-performing SKUs

• Assist in improving product listings and visibility

Requirements

• Based in Pune

• 1–3 years experience in e-commerce or marketplace management

• Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Myntra, Nykaa, etc.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Basic understanding of product cataloguing and online merchandising

• Comfortable working with data, inventory, and operations
