In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Contribute to NPD projects through all phases from concept to production ramp-up, ensuring requirements, timelines, and key deliverables are met.
• Prepare cost effective concepts using latest CAD software (Creo) & support design through engineering calculations/simulations.
• Use ERP systems to manage Bills of Materials, ECO, workflows, and documentation.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and operations to ensure the design detail is effectively transferred to meet the production.

• Ability to perform engineering calculations and apply core mechanical engineering & manufacturing principles.
• Prepare cost effective concepts using latest CAD software (Preferred-Creo)
• Strong ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts in a fast‑moving technical environment.(Adopt AI, support to faster design cycle)
• Hands on experience with simulation tools using Ansys/Solidwork for FEA/CFD

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• BE/ME/Tool maker with Graduation in Mechanical Engineering. 
• Min. 2 to 5 years’ experience in Product Design & development. 
• Well known to material selection
• Well known to manufacturing processes: Plastics, Castings, Sheet metal etc.
