Job Description
TO Manage DG mechanical assembly, alignment, QC inspection and production coordination.
Required Skill:
- Knowledge of torque values & assembly tools.
- Understanding of mechanical drawings
- Basic knowledge of QC documentation
- Alignment tools & measurement instruments handling
Key Responsibilities:
- DG Engine & Alternator alignment
- Base frame assembly & canopy fitting
- Coupling alignment & vibration check
- Torque tightening as per specification
- Stage-wise quality inspection
- Maintain assembly checklist & QC reports
