Medical Representative

Identify and onboard distributors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies for our product range.

Generate sales leads through field visits, networking, and cold calls.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, purchase managers, hospital administrators, and medical store owners.

Ensure consistent achievement of monthly sales targets and collection goals.

Conduct product demonstrations and explain product advantages (surgical cotton, gauze, bandages, syringes, etc.)

Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.

Participate in marketing campaigns, trade exhibitions, and field promotions.

Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in medical/surgical product sales (preferred candidates from companies dealing in bandages, cotton, syringes, or disposables).

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Science/Pharmacy background preferred).

Skills Required:

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Good market knowledge of hospitals, dealers, and distributors in the area

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a field-work attitude

Two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory
