Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients helping them with payment-related queries, delivery issues, and new order placements. You will handle client communication primarily through calls, along with regular in-person visits for relationship building and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between the company and client to address:

Payment-related queries

Delivery and logistics issues

New orders and product inquiries

Schedule and conduct in person visit with pharmacy store for relationship management.

Product promotion and upselling

Gathering feedback and requirements.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, support) to ensure client satisfaction.

Achieve sales and service targets as set by the management.

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service, account management, or sales (preferably in healthcare or B2B).

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel locally for client visits (twice a week).

Strong problem-solving attitude and client-first mindset.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Excellent communication skills,good presentation skill is required.
