Job description

MES Domain SME-- Lead design, deployment, and optimization of Manufacturing Execution Systems integrated with IoT technologies. - Coach and mentor team members on ME-Lead design, deployment, and optimization of Manufacturing Execution Systems integrated with IoT technologies. - Coach and mentor team members on MES fundamentals, best practices, and industry standards. - Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance shop-floor connectivity, automation, and real-time analytics. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable IoT frameworks aligned with Industry 4.0 goals. - Ensure robust system integration, performance tuning, and compliance with manufacturing regulations. - Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and operational excellence across MES-IoT ecosystems.
