Position Overview:

As a Data Analyst, you will be the linchpin in our sales process, ensuring a seamless flow of information and coordination from initial client engagement to the closing of deals. Your role is critical in translating complex client needs to simplified solutions, driving our mission to deliver unparalleled business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and develop advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using Zoho Analytics.
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and analysis to extract actionable insights.
• Integrate data from multiple sources (Zoho apps, databases, third-party APIs, spreadsheets, etc.) into Zoho Analytics for consolidated reporting.
• Utilize SQL, Python, or other scripting languages (if required) to enhance reporting and data manipulation capabilities.
• Design and implement custom KPIs, metrics, and performance tracking dashboards tailored to industry-specific needs.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability while handling large datasets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and training to end users for efficient report utilization.
• Keep up to date with the latest features and best practices in Zoho Analytics and other BI tools.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with data visualization, BI tools, and data storytelling.
• Knowledge of SQL, data querying, and database structures for effective report building.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration from multiple sources.
• Experience in handling business intelligence & reporting requirements across different industry verticals.
• Exposure to Zoho Suite (CRM, Creator, Books, etc.) and its integration with Zoho Analytics.
• Experience with other BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficient understanding of IT and current software trends, ideally with a focus on business solutions.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
