MIS Executive

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare, maintain, and update MIS reports related to financial transactions and accounting activities.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data for management decision-making.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and variance analysis.
• Assist in reconciliation of accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Support audits by providing necessary data and documentation.
• Automate reporting processes using Excel, ERP systems, or BI tools.
• Coordinate with finance and accounts teams for data accuracy and timely submissions.
• Required Skills:Strong knowledge of Finance & Accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced), Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
