Job Description:

Bajaj Finance Ltd. is hiring for the role of MIS Executive at our Head Office in Pune. We are seeking candidates with a strong command of Excel and data management to help drive operational efficiency through accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, clean, and analyze large sets of data.
• Create dashboards, pivot tables, and automate reporting tasks in Excel.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date records and assist in data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills:

• Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Macros, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail with good organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.Com/BBA/BCA preferred).
• 0–2 years of experience in MIS or data handling.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
