Preparing daily reports by collecting information from dealer touch points

Preparing an analysis of all the reports and sharing in a presentable form

Excel analytics

Coordination with all dealership touch points for process implementations

Reports are shared with HQ as required

Travel to dealer locations as per Manager's requirement to train and implement the process

Presentation skills: Preparing presentations as per manager's requirement on process and systems

Excellent in Excel analysis

Receiving calls for any issues from customers and directing calls to service centre locations in charge

 Maintaining the customer issues tracker, analysis and sharing

Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports sharing
