Job Description
Role Summary
Manage end-to-end motor insurance operations, including MIS management, lead follow-ups, coordination with insurers and partners, and execution of cases from quotation to policy issuance, in strict compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain MIS, Excel trackers, and reports.
* Follow up on motor insurance leads.
* Coordinate with insurers, DSAs, corporates, and clients for login and issuance.
* Handle documentation, KYC, inspections, and compliance.
* Prepare and issue motor insurance quotations.
* Manage the login-to-issuance process within defined TAT.
