Multiskilled Technician

The Multiskilled Technician (Electrician, Plumbing & Carpentry) is responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks related to plumbing and carpentry. The role involves both reactive and planned maintenance in residential, commercial, or industrial settings, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with safety and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance:

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues to minimize downtime for tenants and staff.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
• Log and report all maintenance activities accurately through the company’s maintenance management system.

2. Electrical & Mechanical Systems:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, lighting, and power circuits within office facilities.
• Support HVAC maintenance, including filter changes, system checks, and minor repairs.
• Perform basic mechanical works such as door repairs, locks, furniture adjustments, and fixture replacements.

3. Plumbing & Civil Works:

• Address minor plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, and water pressure adjustments.
• Carry out basic civil and carpentry works—painting, wall repairs, and partition maintenance.
• Ensure all facilities are kept clean, safe, and fully operational.

4. Carpentry & Gypsum Work:

• Execute minor to medium carpentry works such as door, lock, hinge, and furniture repairs.
• Install, repair, and modify gypsum false ceilings, wall partitions, and wall panels as required.
• Ensure neat finishing and alignment in all carpentry and gypsum work to maintain premium workspace aesthetics.
• Assist in space modification projects (e.g., adding partitions, panels, or custom fixtures).
