• ​Should have ​deep understanding of NetSuite ​Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Manufacturing, Inventory, and Financial modules.  
• ​Should have experience in manufacturing environments (e.g., discrete, batch, or process manufacturing). 
• Should have solid understanding of cost accounting principles, including landed cost, variance analysis, and job costing. 
• ​Proven experience in cost accounting, including direct labor, direct materials, and overhead allocation.
• ​Experience in a high-change, rapidly growing business is a plus.​ 
• Strong relationship building ; Effective communicator that works well in a collaborative team setting​ 
• Exceptional ability to gather, organize and evaluate any information or data needed as input from stakeholders and the development team to determine requirements and specifications.​ 
• CAN DO attitude ; Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and continually evolving environment​ 
• ​Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects, and priorities and complete objectives on time.

Skill and Experience Requirement : 

• 5+ yrs of experience in NetSuite Implementation & Enhancement projects with thorough knowledge of NetSuite functionalities and architecture 
• ​Experience in Business Requirements Gathering and Analysis with business users or stakeholders to understand, document, and validate their business processes, needs, and challenges. 
• Demonstrated experience in participating and translating customer business requirements into Business solutions, either as a software solution or a re-engineering initiative
• Experience in translating business expectations into detailed functional requirements and specifications.
• Responsible for owning and delivering complex solutions using Oracle NetSuite platform.
• Conduct personalization sessions and document with meeting minute summaries.
• Configure/customize NetSuite application to meet customer’s business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical team member(s) to help guide the development of customized solutions, or data extracts using SQL queries
• Identify test scenario’s, establish test cases and support SIT, UAT with core client stakeholders to ensure system configuration objectives have been met 
• ​Training/support documentation, and drive end-user training to promote user adoption 
• Support the “Go Live” deployment processes, ensuring a seamless software launch and continuity of business operations during cutover 
• Software-testing and Conduct testing of all kinds and prepare test cases of the modules implemented and developed.
