Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced North Indian Cook who specializes in preparing authentic North Indian cuisine. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of traditional recipes, spices, and cooking techniques, while maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene, and presentation.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook North Indian dishes such as rotis, naans, parathas, curries, dals, biryanis, and tandoor items
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and portion size
• Plan daily menus and assist with menu development when required
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen as per food safety standards
• Handle food storage, stock rotation, and minimize wastage
• Monitor ingredient quality and report shortages
