Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Keep the office clean and organized (reception, meeting rooms, pantry, washrooms).
- Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors; maintain pantry supplies.
- Handle courier and parcel pick-up/drop, document delivery, and small errands.
- Assist admin with photocopying, filing, and managing stationery.
- Deliver mail and supplies.
- Receive and manage incoming parcels and deliveries.
- Report maintenance issues (AC, lights, plumbing) promptly.
- Greet visitors and guide them courteously.
- Follow safety and security procedures..
- Two Wheeler Mandatory.
