Office Boy Cum Driver

Driving responsibilities

• Safely transport staff: Drive company vehicles for official travel, picking up and dropping off employees and clients.

• Deliver and collect items: Transport documents, packages, and other materials as required.

• Vehicle maintenance: Keep the vehicle clean, ensure it is refueled, and handle basic upkeep and servicing schedules.

• Route management: Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely service.

Office duties

• General office upkeep: Maintain the cleanliness of the office, pantry, and washrooms.

• Support administrative tasks: Assist with tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.

• Running errands: Perform tasks like delivering and collecting mail, making bank deposits, and purchasing office supplies.

• Pantry and refreshments: Serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff and visitors.

• Office supplies management: Manage and restock basic office supplies and pantry items. 

• Basic Computer Knowledge is a Must.
