Office Boy / Peon

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy / Peon to support daily office operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff, handling basic administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth functioning of the office.

• Key Responsibilities:Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office (workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, washrooms).
• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
• Handle office errands such as photocopying, scanning, filing documents, etc.
• Assist in loading/unloading materials if required.
• Deliver and collect documents within or outside the office (banks, courier, clients).
• Manage pantry supplies and ensure availability of daily essentials.
• Support staff with small tasks as needed.
• Open and close the office daily (if required).
• Handle courier dispatch and receiving.
• Requirements:Minimum education: 8th / 10th pass
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• Basic understanding of office work
• Honest, punctual, and disciplined
• Physically fit and active
• Good behavior and communication skills
