Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will help maintain cleanliness, assist staff with routine tasks, and ensure the office runs smoothly. This role requires punctuality, responsibility, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office premises
• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
• Assist with photocopying, filing, and basic office tasks
• Deliver and collect documents within and outside the office when required
• Monitor and replenish office supplies
• Support administrative staff with day-to-day duties
• Ensure meeting rooms are clean and prepared
• Handle errands as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Basic literacy and communication skills
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Physically fit and able to perform routine tasks
• Punctual, trustworthy, and well-mannered
• Ability to follow instructions
• Should have a valid driving licence & Two Wheeler

Working Conditions

• Standard office working hours
• Occasional overtime may be required
