Job Description
Job Description: Office Coordinator We are looking for a responsible and proactive Office Coordinator to manage day-to-day office operations and support the company’s smooth functioning. The role requires close coordination with the business owner, handling basic banking activities, interacting with customers, and ensuring all daily tasks are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily office operations and maintain smooth workflow.
- Work closely with the owner to execute tasks, follow-ups, and priorities.
- Handle banking activities including deposits, withdrawals, cheque submissions, documentation, etc.
- Communicate and coordinate with customers for queries, updates, and order follow-ups.
- Maintain records, daily activity logs, and office documentation.
- Visit locations within the city for office-related work as required.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain professionalism.
Requirements:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of office operations and banking processes.
- Must be comfortable traveling within the city for work.
- Self-driven, organized, and reliable.
