Office Executive

Role : TS Trading Academy (TSTA) is hiring a dependable Office Executive to support daily office operations along with basic digital and video-related tasks. This role requires strong English communication, MS Office proficiency, and hands-on execution.

This is an operations-focused role, not a creative or marketing strategist position.

Key Responsibilities

Handle written and spoken English communication (emails, WhatsApp, internal coordination)

Manage day-to-day office and administrative work

Prepare documents, reports, and data using MS Word & Excel

Create and edit basic presentations using PowerPoint

Perform basic video editing (cutting, trimming, simple text/text overlays)

Upload and schedule videos on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.

Manage content folders, file naming, and posting timelines

Coordinate with internal teams and ensure task follow-ups

Maintain accuracy, discipline, and timelines in all assigned work.

Required Skills

Proficient in spoken and written English

Good working knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Basic experience with video editing software/apps

Familiarity with social media platforms and posting workflows

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Female candidate

Based in Pune or willing to commute

2–3 years experience in office administration / operations / digital support

Experience in EdTech, training institutes, or small organizations is a plus
