💼 Key Responsibilities in CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)

🗓️Planning:

Decide what social causes the company will support (like education, environment, or health).

Make yearly CSR plans and budgets.

📈Project Work:

Find and work with NGOs or partners to run CSR projects.

Visit project sites and make sure work is going well.

👥Monitoring & Reporting:

Keep track of project progress and spending.

Prepare reports for management and government compliance.

🗣️Communication:

Share CSR stories on social media or company reports.

Organize employee volunteering or social events.

🌟Impact Review:

Check how the CSR activities helped people or the community.

Suggest ways to improve future projects.

Requirements:

✔️Freshers as well as experienced both can apply.

✔️Strong communication & interpersonal skills.

✔️ Fluency in English & Marathi Language.
