Kansa Organics is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day business functions across orders, fulfillment, customer communication, and digital engagement.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCreate invoices and manage daily order processing
• Coordinate fulfillment, shipping, and tracking
• Handle customer emails, calls, and WhatsApp inquiries
• Respond to IndiaMART leads and manage B2B follow-ups
• Engage with customers on social media (DMs & comments)
• Support email communication and CRM updates
• Maintain operational trackers and reports
• Ideal Candidate2+ years experience in e-commerce or operations
• Strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented and process-driven
• Comfortable handling calls and customer support
• Familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms preferred
