Job Responsibilities
- Handle student queries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Support students with admissions, onboarding, classes, and LMS access
- Coordinate with faculty, sales, and tech teams
- Manage daily learning operations and class schedules
- Maintain student data, reports, and follow-ups
- Ensure smooth student experience from enrollment to course completion
Skills Required
- Good communication skills (English / Hindi)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp)
- Student-friendly attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to coordinate and multitask
- Interest in Education / EdTech industry
