Operation Executive

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Fleet Operations Supervisor to manage vehicles operating in Pune. The role involves coordinating drivers, ensuring smooth daily operations, and providing regular updates to the Administration Officer.

The ideal candidate should have experience in transport, fleet, or logistics coordination and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of company vehicles
• Coordinate with drivers regarding duty timing, route planning, and deployment
• Ensure vehicle availability as per schedule
• Monitor driver attendance and discipline
• Check vehicle condition and report maintenance requirements
• Maintain daily operation records
• Provide daily updates to the Administration Officer
• Handle basic issue resolution at site
• Ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements:

• 2–5 years experience in fleet / transport / logistics supervision
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
• Good communication skills (Marathi/Hindi required, basic English preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp reporting, email)
• Ability to manage drivers and handle operational pressure
• Local candidate preferred (Pune)
