About the Company

VR Ventures (Grafit Fitness) is a 4-year-old growing startup in premium fitness equipment wholesale, supplying major manufacturers and retailers across India.

Role: Sales & Operations Executive Key Responsibilities:

• Support sales team with lead follow-ups, quotations, and client coordination.
• Assist in order processing, invoicing, and basic documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain stock records, dispatch updates, and daily operational reports.
• Ensure timely communication between management, clients, and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any field (BBA/BCom preferred).
• 1–3 years experience in sales/operations/coordination roles.
• Good communication and basic Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Organised, responsible, and able to multitask.
• Interest in fitness industry is a plus.
