Operation Executive

Project Planning & Coordination:

Plan and execute installation schedules for LED video walls and traffic signal systems

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for smooth project execution

Ensure timely delivery of materials, manpower, and equipment at site

Site Execution Management:

Supervise installation of LED screens (P2–P10), panel wiring, mounting structures, and cabling

Oversee installation and commissioning of traffic signals, controllers, and junction systems

Ensure proper routing of cables, power distribution, and system integration

Team Handling:

Manage field technicians, electricians, and rigging teams

Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity and quality of work

Ensure discipline, safety, and adherence to timelines

Vendor & Material Management:

Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, and logistics

Maintain inventory of LED modules, controllers, cables, and electrical components

Troubleshooting & Maintenance:

Handle on-site technical issues related to LED displays, controllers, and signal systems

Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed

Client Coordination:

Act as a single point of contact for clients during project execution

Provide regular updates on project status and resolve site-level issues

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain project reports, installation checklists, and service logs

Ensure proper handover documentation and client sign-offs

Safety Compliance:

Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and PPE usage on-site

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Diploma / BE in Electrical, Electronics, or related field

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of power distribution (230V/415V), panel wiring, and load management

Hands-on experience with LED video walls (indoor & outdoor) and controllers (NovaStar / Colorlight)

Experience in traffic signal systems, controllers, and junction installations

Knowledge of cabling, networking, and system integration

Ability to read electrical drawings (SLDs)

Operational Skills:

Strong project coordination and execution skills

Team handling and vendor management experience

Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
