Operation Manager

Job Description:We are looking for a responsible Operations Executive to handle logistics, material coordination, office operations, and basic accounts support for our Audio Video installation projects.

This is an office + coordination role, ideal for freshers or candidates with 0–2 years experience who want long-term growth.

• Key Responsibilities:Coordinate inward & outward movement of materials
• Maintain delivery challans, bills, and basic records
• Track material sent to sites and returned stock
• Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and site team
• Maintain inventory in Excel / Google Sheets
• Assist in basic billing, expense entry & invoice filing
• Support daily office and operational tasks
• Requirements:Graduate (Commerce preferred, not compulsory)
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of invoices & expenses
• Good coordination and follow-up skills
• Honest, organized, and willing to learn
