Job Title : Operations Manager – Corporate Gifting & Customized Merchandise

Location : Pune (On-site)

Role SummaryAt 360Customizer, operations is the engine that turns big brand promises into flawless delivery. As an Operations Manager, you will own end-to-end order execution—from requirement handover to vendor coordination, production tracking, QC, packaging, dispatch, and client delivery—ensuring projects are delivered on time, in full, and at the right quality.


This is a high-ownership role where you’ll lead teams, build SOPs, reduce errors, improve turnaround time, and scale execution for large corporate orders.

  • Key Responsibilities1) End-to-End Project & Order ExecutionOwn execution for customized merchandise & corporate gifting orders (bulk + multi-location).
  • Translate sales/CS handover into clear execution plans (timeline, BOM, vendor plan, dispatch plan).
  • Track milestones daily and ensure delivery commitments are met.
  • 2) Vendor & Production ManagementManage vendor allocation, quotations, PO execution, and production follow-ups.
  • Ensure vendors meet quality benchmarks, timelines, and packaging standards.
  • Create vendor scorecards (quality, TAT, price, reliability) and improve vendor base continuously.
  • 3) Quality Control & Packaging StandardsDefine QC checkpoints: pre-production sample approval, mid-production check, final QC before dispatch.
  • Set packaging guidelines (branding, protection, labeling) to reduce damages/returns.
  • Drive root-cause analysis for defects and implement preventive actions.
  • 4) Logistics & Dispatch PlanningPlan dispatch strategy: single location vs multi-location, courier vs transport, cost optimization.
  • Ensure accurate labeling, documentation, and tracking with real-time status updates to internal teams.
  • Reduce delivery exceptions, delays, and escalations through better planning.
  • 5) Team Leadership & Daily Operations RhythmLead operations team members and establish daily standups, trackers, and review routines.
  • Assign work, remove blockers, and ensure accountability and output quality.
  • Build a culture of ownership, speed, and process discipline.
  • 6) Process & Systems (OMS / Trackers / SOPs)Maintain and improve SOPs for ordering, approvals, QC, and dispatch.
  • Use OMS/Google Sheets/CRM workflows to ensure visibility and reduce manual errors.
  • Build dashboards for TAT, order status, delays, and cost leakages.
  • 7) Cost Control & Margin ProtectionIdentify and plug cost leakages: wastage, rework, urgent shipping, vendor penalties, packaging losses.
  • Ensure procurement and execution decisions support margin targets without quality compromise.
  • 8) Client Escalation Handling (Internal + External)Be the “calm pilot” for escalations; coordinate cross-functional resolution quickly.
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients when needed—without drama, with solutions.

  • Must-Have Skills :
  • Strong execution ownership: timelines, dependencies, and follow-ups
  • Vendor coordination + production tracking experience
  • QC mindset and ability to enforce standards
  • Logistics and dispatch planning knowledge
  • Process building (SOPs, trackers, dashboards)
  • Comfortable with tools: Excel/Google Sheets; OMS/ERP exposure is a plus
  • Calm under pressure, strong communication, structured problem-solving
  • Preferred Background4–8 years experience in operations/project delivery/supply chain
  • Experience with bulk orders, customized products, gifting, merchandising, printing, packaging, events, retail ops, or B2B execution
  • Exposure to multi-location dispatch, multiple stakeholders, and tight deadlines
