Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational support across various IT tools and platforms
• Work with teams on Security Operations (SecOps) and IT Service Management Pro (ITSM Pro)
• Support and maintain tools including GRS, TPAM, and other enterprise IT tools
• Monitor system performance and availability, and assist with incident management and escalation
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and root cause analysis
• Document operational procedures and contribute to process improvements
• Ensure adherence to IT compliance and security protocols

Mandatory Skills:

Experience with:

• SecOps
• ITSM Pro
• GRS
• TPAM
• Other relevant enterprise tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus

Experience Required: 3–5 Years
