TCS Pune Hiring for Operations Analyst

Shift: 24*7 flexible, Rotational shift timings as per Business need.

Education Qualification - Graduation in any Discipline.

Knowledge & Experience required: 

Should have strong Business Communication skills. 

Ability to focus on high quality of deliverables accurately and timely.  

Intermediate/Advanced levels of proficiency in MS Office and good skills in MS Excel  

Ability to learn fast, retain knowledge and adapt quickly to evolving business requirements and /or changes 

Familiarity with working in a multi-stakeholder and outcome driven environment.    

Strong customer orientation and problem solving ability in order to proactively take ownership and provide resolutions promptly 

Customer service & Finance background/experience is a MUST. 

Having good knowledge and/or working experience in at least one of the following areas:  

Business process operations/Program creation, Maintenance  & Forecasting & Spend management, co-ordination & Backoffice support operations - creation/validation of IO, Financial data management, Documentation & compliance reviews.
