Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Your typical day will involve ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Proactively identify and resolve operational issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Strong troubleshooting skills in network infrastructures. - Experience in configuring and maintaining network devices. - Knowledge of network security principles. - Good understanding of network protocols. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
