Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless service delivery, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a proactive approach to system management, ensuring that all operational standards are met and exceeded.

Role Description Microsoft Intune SME

Key Responsibilities Enroll and manage devices (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) into Intune.
Configure device compliance policies to ensure security standards are met.
Monitor device health and take action on non-compliant devices.
Add, assign, and manage applications across user devices.
Configure app protection policies to safeguard corporate data.
Handle app updates and removals remotely.
Use Conditional Access to control access to resources based on device compliance.
Use Intune s reporting tools to track device compliance, app deployment status, and user activity.
- Generate audit logs and reports for security and operational reviews.

Technical Experience Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, mobile platforms.
Understanding of networking, identity management, and cybersecurity principles.
Proficient in below Tools
- Microsoft Intune Admin Center
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Endpoint Manager
- PowerShell scripting
