Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You will engage in proactive problem-solving and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, ensuring that all systems run efficiently and effectively to meet organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance service delivery. - Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement to optimize operations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures. - Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques. - Familiarity with cloud services and their integration with network infrastructures. - Knowledge of security best practices related to network management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
