Job Description:

We are hiring an Operations Executive to manage Mid mile and last mile (milk delivery) operations.

Our company delivers fresh milk directly to customers’ homes.

In the Mid mile, the candidate will ensure milk is properly reaches the hubs on time.

In the last mile, the candidate will monitor early morning deliveries and ensure delivery boys are delivering milk to customers on time without issues.

Candidate should have experience in logistics, courier, or e-commerce operations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure milk timely arrival at hub (Mid Mile)
• Monitor daily morning milk deliveries to customers (Last Mile)
• Coordinate with delivery boys, drivers
• Ensure on-time dispatch & delivery of milk
• Track daily operations and resolve delivery issues quickly
• Plan routes for efficient and timely delivery
• Maintain daily reports and operations data
• Monitor order flow and ensure smooth execution
