📍 Location: Elite Colossal, Fergusson College Road, Model Colony, Shivajinagar, Pune

🕓 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

🗓 Work Schedule: 5.5 days/week (Half day on Saturday)

About the Role-We’re looking for a proactive Operations Executive to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient coordination between departments.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports and share updates with relevant teams.
• Handle back-office operations and administrative coordination.
• Track, monitor, and support ongoing operational activities.
• Ensure timely data management, documentation, and communication across departments.
• Assist the management team in improving process efficiency and execution.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or back-office roles.
• Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel).
• Good communication in Hindi and Marathi (required).
• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
• A positive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
